We seek detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Support Officers (VASO) to join our growing team. This role serves as the primary liaison between students, parents, and teachers, managing approximately students across different time zones. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of online language classes while maintaining high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Student Support (50% of role)
  • Monitor daily class attendance and follow up on absences within 2 hours
  • Conduct weekly student progress check-ins
  • Send class reminders and updates
  • Manage student assignments through our quizzing platform
  • Provide technical support for Google Meet/Classroom
  • Process make-up class requests within 24 hours
  1. Administrative Management (30% of role)
  • Coordinate class schedules and manage changes with 24-hour notice
  • Process student requests within 4 business hours
  • Maintain student records with 100% accuracy
  • Generate weekly progress reports by Friday COB
  • Track assignment completion rates
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate with billing department for payment-related issues
  1. Communication Management (20% of role)
  • Facilitate teacher-student communication within platform guidelines
  • Send students’ reports to parents/students
  • Process feedback within 24 hours
  • Conduct monthly satisfaction surveys
  • Provide real-time updates on student progress
  • Handle escalations according to company protocol
  • Maintain 90% response rate within 2 hours during work hours
  • Report and follow up on technical issues within 1 hour

Technical Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 10Mbps)
  • A reliable computer/Smartphone with webcam
  • Quiet workspace
  • Backup power solution

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Meta (Whatsapp) and Google Workspace Tools
  • Experience with virtual learning platforms & online education sector
  • Previous remote work experience
  • CRM system experience
