We are hiring a detail-oriented Visual Content Designer (VCD) join our growing team. As our VCD, you will be tasked with creating branded content pieces (a mix of static graphics and short-form videos), plus occasional flyers and one-off visual assets. You’ll work from our pre-developed content ideas and scripts—your role is to design, not to brainstorm.
We already have templates and a strong brand identity in place. Your superpower? Executing with excellence and attention to visual detail.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design 30 monthly visual content pieces using Canva (e.g. carousels, IG posts, reels covers, testimonials, etc.)
• Update and reuse existing Canva templates to create new content
• Occasionally create new templates for unique content concepts
• Create flyers or one-off brand assets on demand
• Edit short-form videos (for reels, IG stories, etc.) using CapCut or InShot, based on given scripts/requests.
• Ensure brand consistency in all visuals—fonts, colors, logos, and layout styles
• Deliver all designs on schedule, following a clear monthly calendar

Apply to this position if you:

• Are a Canva pro—you can work fast, clean, and creatively within brand limits
• Are Experienced in creating short-form videos with tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar
• Are Detail-oriented—you know when something is “off-brand” at first glance
• Are Not looking to ideate content—you’re happy working from a brief
• Are Communicative, reliable, and can deliver consistently
• Have a great eye for aesthetic balance and know how to make even a template look fresh.
  
• Can generate AI images to fit content designs.
• Have Yoruba speaking and written fluency.

Work Structure:

• Remote work
• Expected Output: 30 content pieces monthly
• Additional ad hoc tasks: flyers or visuals as needed
• All content ideas and text will be provided
• Flexible working hours—as long as deadlines are met
