Rasheed Adegbenro

I hold a B.A. in Yorùbá from Obafemi Awolowo University and an NALRC certification (2025), but honestly, my strongest credential is the moment a student goes from hesitating to actually speaking, and doing it well. That moment is what I teach for.

Learning Yorùbá should feel less like a classroom obligation and more like a journey into something rich and worth knowing. Over the past two years, I have worked to create exactly that experience: lessons that move from tone mastery to real-world conversation to cultural context, in a way that feels engaging rather than academic. I tailor my approach to your pace, your purpose, and your starting point.

Whether you are a member of the diaspora reconnecting with your roots, someone drawn to the beauty of Yorùbá traditions, or a learner working toward fluency for family, travel, or personal growth, I am here to help you find your voice within a culture that spans centuries.
