Ọ̀gbẹ́ni Àlàdé
Alade is a passionate Yoruba language lover and ardent enthusiast of Yoruba culture. His deep love for language and tradition drives him to share the richness of Yoruba heritage with the world.
Growing up in Ìbàdàn, the heartland of Yorubaland, he was surrounded by the beauty of the Yoruba language from a young age. The melodic proverbs, rhythmic beats of talking drums, and captivating stories passed down through generations... he longed to meet the wise ìgbín (snail) and cunning Ìjàpá (tortoise) of Yoruba folklore. This ignited a fire within Alade. As a result, he has taken a pledge to preserve and promote this treasured cultural legacy.
